Designed for customers who run their own in-house mail servers such as MS Exchange. Our external spam filtering service protects your business and systems from potentially harmful junk mail and the tedious task of having to manually delete junk mail on a daily basis.

Since we started using the external spam filtering from Thomas Design, spam messages to our domain name has dropped significantly to almost nothing at all, previously we were inundated with 100's of spam messages on a daily basis!
How it works
Our system works by filtering in-bound email to your domain name which allows only genuine messages to be relayed directly to your own mail server using traditional SMTP methods. Your email account settings are not affected and sending and receiving email will work in the same way, your in-bound email is simply routed through our spam filter before reaching your inbox.
Optionally, for a small additional charge we can also store your incoming emails for a longer period of upto 3 days in the event of your in-house mail server becoming unavailable. The benefit of this is you'll never lose an email if your in-house mail server isn't back online within a few hours, this optional service will prevent any emails from being lost.
To setup your account, we simply need to change your primary MX record to point to our system and you can take full advantage of our spam filtering service immediately. Prices start from as little as £45+VAT per year, per domain!
